How can I track my SlesSic order?

You can track your SlesSic order by entering your tracking number on this page. Once your package has shipped, tracking updates will show the latest delivery status and transit information.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please use the tracking number instead of your order number when checking delivery updates.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after your order has shipped. If your tracking number still does not show updates after several business days, please contact SlesSic support with your order number.

What should I do if my package says delivered but I have not received it?

Please first check around your delivery location and with nearby household members or neighbors. If the package still cannot be found, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help review the shipment status.
